Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Our processing time is currently 1-7 days. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, you may experience some minor postage delays with the arrival of your order. These delays are out of our control once your order has been shipped. To avoid these delays, it is recommended that you select a tracked/ signed shipping method at checkout. Please also kindly note- shipping arrival times are estimates, not guarantees and sometimes may take longer to arrive than the time estimated.

UK SHIPPING: 1-3 days + after shipped.

Prices vary from £1.55-£5.55. See all shipping methods at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD: 6-7 days + after shipped.

Standard (No tracking)- £4.55

Tracked (With tracking)- £9.55

*Please kindly note* - Countries in AFRICA & CENTRAL AMERICA (Mexico etc..), do not have tracked shipping. By purchasing the tracked method for these countries, you will receive a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery instead.

Return/ Exchange & Other Policies

-Our phone cases are durable and protective, however we cannot guarantee 100% protection, and therefore are not held accountable for any damage caused to your device. We recommend the use of glass screen protectors alongside our phone cases for extra protection.

- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. 

-By purchasing, you formally agree to our policies.

- If you received a faulty product, please email us (electriccases@gmail.com), with an image attached, we will be more than happy to help.

-If you accidentally ordered the wrong phone case size, please email us (electriccases@gmail.com), we will be more than happy to help.
