What phone models do you do?

We do all iPhones from iPhone 6 to iPhone 12 Pro Max. We also stock some Samsung models: S8,S8+,S9,S9+,S10 & S10+. If you do not see your model available, feel free to contact us.
How do I customise my case?

To customise your case, include your Instagram/ email handle in the space provided when purchasing. Email/ DM us your image/s, order number and any other questions you may have.
Are your phone cases protective?

Our phone cases are protective and durable! They are made from TPU rubber, meaning you can easily take the case on/ off. They have alligned ports, helping you to easily charge and/or plug headphones easily.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies depending on what country you live in. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Do you process returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately not, all sales are final. We have a no returns/ exchange policy. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Can I change my order?

Please email electriccases@gmail.com to ammend your order. If your case has already been made, then unfortunately it cannot be ammended.
